Sebago potatoes are a relatively uniform size and the flesh is dense, firm and smooth. This potato is good for boiling, roasting, and chips, especially excellent for a mesh.

Growing detail: Potatoes grow well in good- drained, fertile soil with a PH of 6.0- 7.0 Potatoes can be planted in early to mid-Spring as they can tolerate cool soil and moderate frost.
Cut tubers into pieces roughly 3cm cube with at least one eye per piece. Small tubers can be planted whole. Potato shoots will emerge 2- 3 weeks later.
