An ivory-colored bean with a mustard yellow splotch at its inner seam. It has a mild earthy flavour with meaty and creamy texture. Fantastic for baking, pureed and of course in a soup. It can be treated as bush bean however it climbs up 60 cm high, so it can be grown on tepee.
