Broccoli, Romanesco (B. oleracae)

Also known as Roman cauliflower, stunning spiralling lime green heads with great taste­ and texture.  The entire veggie head is one big spiral composed of smaller, cone-like buds that are also mini-spirals. The flavour and texture is similar to that of cauliflower.
