CAPSICUM, Californian Wonder (C. annuum)

Introduced to American gardeners in the 1920s.

Californian Wonder is bell-shaped capsicum to 10cm across. It has a juicy thick wall with a sweet flavour. Best picked when ripe (red) as it then contains the most vitamin C. Heavy producer.
