Cauliflower, Self Blanching (B. oleracae)

Snowball-type cauliflower that produces ivory white head 15cm in diameter. Self-wrapping leaves which shield the heads from the sun and cold. The leaves will self-wrap during cool weather, but will not in warm weather.
