Centaurea, Blue Boy (Centaurea cyanus)

Also known as cornflower and bachelor`s button.  

Blue Boy is a classic cornflower with deep blue colour.  It produces double to semi-double flowers on tall stems to 70- 90 cm. The flower petals are edible that can be used in decorating desserts.

Growing Details: Sow seeds 5 mm deep and keep it most. Seedlings emerge in 7 -14 days at 16°C. Any soil with good drainage.
