Chilli, Cayenne Long Thin (C. annuum)

One of the best known hot chilies, is good for drying, 

pickles, salsa, or crushed and grounded for seasoning 

or just add some in any dishes for a little bit of punch.  

A heavy bearing variety that produces abundant hot 

fruit that turns from green to red when fully ripe.
