Chilli, Aji Pineapple  (C. annuum)

Aji Pineapple chilli has medium heat level ranging from 15,000 to 50,000 Scoville Heat Units.  It has fruity and citrusy flavour with a tropical pineapple hint.  The fruit changes colour from green to purple to yellow as it ripens. Ideal for salsas, stir-fries, and hot sauces.
