Italian Purple is an early-season, hardneck garlic variety known for its vibrant purple-striped, flattened globe-shaped bulbs, fast growth, and sweet, rich, often hot flavour. it grows well in warm temperate, cool temperate, and cool climates.

Turban garlic is an early-season, hardneck garlic variety known for its vibrant purple-striped, flattened globe-shaped bulbs, fast growth, and sweet, rich, often hot flavor. It is considered a "weakly bolting" hardneck, meaning it produces a flower stalk (scape) under stress, often in a characteristic, upside-down 'U' shape, and is ideal for early summer harvesting.

Garlic flavour: Good amount of strong, sharp flavour when eaten raw and sweet and mild when cooked.

Harvest: Early season. If you live in cold regions, plant them in March before cold weather sets in.
