Kalettes, Petit Posy  (B. oleracea)

Originally known as Brukale and commonly called the 'Flower sprout'.  Kalettes are a cross between kale and Brussels Sprouts. They have a slightly milder taste than Brussels sprout with a sweeter, nutty flavour. Highly versatile and nutritious.
