Tatsoi, Green (B. Rapa)

Tatsoi is one of the most popular Chinese leafy greens and easy to grow. It produces compact, neat rosette spoon-shaped leaves. Baby tatsoi leaves are commonly used in mesclun salad mixes. Great for stir-fry and salad green.
