Tomatillo Yellow originates from Mexico and Central America.Yellow tomatillos are tender, juicy, and crisp with a subtle, sweet flavor reminiscent of honeydew. Tomatillo salsa verde is by far the most popular way to eat tomatillos. Also, they can be roasted and served as a side dish and make excellent jams and chutneys.
